Frequent questions
Is the app free?
Downloading is free, and so is the first week of your dog's plan. Some lessons and articles are always free. For the rest, you can subscribe or use the jetons you earn in the app.
What is the difference between Essential and With Coach?
With Coach includes everything in Essential, plus a professional dog trainer who answers you in the chat and reviews your photos and videos.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Woof Learn. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid. Details on the help page.
I've never trained a dog. Is it for me?
Yes. The plan starts with the basics and each lesson explains the moves step by step. You move on to harder exercises when your dog is ready.
I have a puppy. Is it a good fit?
Yes, and the earlier the better. The plan takes the age into account, with lessons made for puppies: biting, house training, first nights, socialisation.
I don't have much time.
A few minutes a day are enough to start. One short session a day works better than a long one once a week.
Does the AI coach replace a vet?
No. The coach helps with training and behaviour. For any health question, pain or sudden change of behaviour, see your vet.
Which methods do you use?
Positive methods backed by science: we reward what the dog does well, without punishment or force.
I don't have a dog yet.
The app helps you find which dog suits your life and prepare for their arrival with a daily preparation plan. When your dog arrives, their real plan starts.
Can I add several dogs?
For now, one dog per account.
Which languages?
The app, the lessons and the coach are available in English and in French.
How do I delete my account and my data?
From the app, in a few taps, or by email. Everything is explained on the account deletion page.
