End-user license agreement

WOOF LEARN END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and Damien Barrère, the individual developer of the Woof Learn mobile application (“Woof Learn” or the “Application”).

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APPLICATION.

  1. LICENSE GRANT
    Woof Learn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

  2. APPLICATION DESCRIPTION
    Woof Learn is a dog training application that provides dog owners with videos, articles, and other resources to help train their dogs. The Application is designed for use on Android and iOS platforms.

  3. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY 

    1. Woof Learn collects certain personal information, such as your name and email address, for the purpose of creating and maintaining your user account and providing the Application’s services.

    2. The Application also collects data about your interactions and usage for statistical purposes and to improve the service. This data may be shared with third-party analytics providers, such as Google Analytics.

    3. You have the right to request the removal of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    1. Woof Learn and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

    2. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, nor may you use or distribute the Application or its content outside the scope of this EULA.

  5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. The Application is intended for use by individuals of all ages.

    2. You are responsible for your use of the Application and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
    The Application may integrate or interact with third-party services, such as Firebase Messaging, Google Analytics, Facebook, Google, and Apple login services. Woof Learn does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services.

  7. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

    1. The license granted under this EULA is non-transferable and non-sublicensable.

    2. You may not use the Application for any commercial or non-personal purposes without prior written consent from Woof Learn.

  8. TERMINATION AND UPDATES Woof Learn reserves the right to terminate or modify the Application or this EULA at any time, with or without notice.

  9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    1. THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

    2. IN NO EVENT SHALL WOOF LEARN OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

    3. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF WOOF LEARN AND ITS LICENSORS, IF ANY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICATION.

  10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.
